Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-08

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kibo (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kibo is an AI assistant that can connect to third-party services you authorize (such as Google) and act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or exceed the limits of your plan through abuse or automation we do not permit.

4. Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (for example, to process a message or perform an action you request on a connected account). You are responsible for the content you provide and the actions you ask the assistant to take.

5. AI output

The assistant generates responses and can propose actions. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing actions — especially those that send messages or modify data — before confirming them. Kibo asks for your confirmation before performing actions that send messages or change your data.

6. Plans, billing, and changes

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. We may change features, limits, or pricing; material changes will be communicated in advance where required.

7. Service availability and suspension

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or interrupt the Service, in whole or in part, immediately and without prior notice, where necessary due to: (a) urgent maintenance; (b) fire, earthquake, natural disaster, or power/network outage; (c) serious security incidents or attacks; or (d) other events of force majeure that make provision impossible. Where practical we will give advance notice (e.g., for planned maintenance) and we will work to restore the Service promptly. We are not liable for unavailability caused by such events.

8. Service discontinuation

We may discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, for commercial reasons or cessation of business. In that case we will give users at least 30 days' prior notice (by email or in-app notice). Before discontinuation you will be able to export your data, and for paid subscriptions we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees.

9. Termination by you or for breach

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account and data from within the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
